Screenshot of Sales / 1st month on Clickbank

Below is a fresh screenshot from my new Clickbank account.

I just finished my very first month of sales with Clickbank and was wondering - Do any of you have sales patterns as random and rollercoaster-like as mine? It seems like there's no telling how well my sales will go on a given day. Are Clickbank sales usually this erratic?

Also, it has cost me about $1200 so far to generate $3000. Is that typical? 90% of these sales have been PPC, with only a few lucky sales from articles and links that generated organic traffic sales.

    Thanks..

BTW, I'd love to see your latest screenshots for inspiration! I'm hoping December will improve!

Nice stats falafelfro. How much do you usually pay per click and what is your conversion?

A roi of almost 1:2 is not bad. There are enough ppl that pay more on ppc then what they earn.

    Great Job!

My sales are also erratic by day, but they usually total around the same amount each month. There is only a $60 difference between your two pay periods. It is quite consistent.

The best month of the year is January (for me at least). I guess that is when everyone spends more money.

If your sales improve in December, then they will most likely improve in January.

Now, with your $1800 in profit, use that to generate more PPC campaigns.

varies from .15 for low competition products, up to 1.35 for high competition products. Regardless of price, I make sure to focus more on conversion than on CTR in the ad copy. Unfortunately, this gives my ads a low CTR which in turn causes a low quality score. Once I milk the words dry to the point that the quality drops and they're too expensive to run, I'm forced to come up with new words, or switch to new products. Very frustrating! I wish CTR and conversion weren't inversely related but they are!

about 3 or 4. But only concentrating on 2 of them.

Nice job man! I'm really excited about supplementing my Clickbank income with a few BANS sites too. Have you tried that?

    Keep up the good work!

altho many "guru's" make it sound so easy it's hard to find programs on clickbank that have a high roi. When you find one milk it till it's dry

Great work, it is very inspiring to see.

What is the cashflow like, I mean you spend $1200 but is there much time between spending that and the money coming from Clickbank?

    falafelfro...
great work. ROI looks pretty good. "...with a few lucky sales from articles"??? Don't understate your accomplishments. I think that if you were to make a "few lucky sales" x 1,000 = wealth.

    dont even get me started!!!

Of course if google takes out from account it takes a max 4 business days.

It takes my bank 3-4 weeks (!) to post a clickbank check on my account once i deposit the check (that is: Check already received and put to bank!) ..i love my CB earnings but that's ridiculous...thats why i like paypal so much.
