    Any free tool (not requiring javascript if possible) for creating screenshots of web pages which is fast enough?
    There is a good one: http://netrenderer.com/index.php
    but prefer US view (this one is German).
    ................
    Also a free proxy helping us see US/Canada version of sites will be useful.
    (no registration, no payment, no tricks,.. preferred).

    I am currently using shrinktheweb but I am not really sure if they use javascript or not since I only use their plugin for wordpress.

    If you're not afraid of the command line, you can use CutyCapt, which is very powerful. It works both in Windows and *nix systems.
