Well, budget? It may be quite simple BUT it may also be a nightmare if you are on a shared host.

 

I can do this. However, like mentioned above, you might want some good hosting, cause it will do some damage on your memory space.

 

No, it's just not a matter of memory, it's a matter of reliability and missing modules that it may be impossible to install! For this kind of projects the best thing is a VPS and nightly backups.

 

This will eat your bandwidth up. The easiest way to go about this would be a dynamic PHP image. Which like I said, will take up a good amount of memory.
