Screen shots for this forum | How do add?

How do i add a screen shot in a post?

When I make a new thread there is no option to add an image. i just upload to Flickr and put that link in my thread but
I dont want to have people go away to see the image. I just want them to see it in my thread/post?

You can upload it to flickr and embed it here. That way it'll be visible in the thread like this:
