Looking for someone who can program me a screensaver, I may want more done in the future, but only need 1 for now. Here is what I am looking for: - 1024x768 resolution - Want a full screen image for the background - Want bubbles coming from the bottom of the screen and floating to the top, as if underwater, or an aquarium type deal. - The amount of bubbles and speed the bubbles rise should be configurable in the settings of the screensaver, should be a slider for the # of bubbles, and a slider for the speed the bubbles rise. - The bubbles should be transparent with a slight tint of color, color of the bubbles should randomize so there are colorful bubbles on the screen. (Sort of like the Windows Vista Bubbles screensaver) Please quote price and time frame to complete.
