Screen capturing video software?

    Hey guys,

I've created some power point presentations that I'm going to be using as a bonus item to an e-book that I sell, and I need a way to convert these into streaming online video.

I assume I need some sort of software that can capture a section of my screen as I play out the presentation? Or is there a specific way to convert a power point presentation into streaming video?

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks,

    Sean

I know that Fraps can capture your screen. But I don't think it's free.
