Screen capture of a webpage copyrighted?

So I want to take screen captures of webpages I have in this list and then present them as a "preview" image of the webpage.

However, is this copyright infringement? Is there anything I can do to these images to make it fall under fair use?

I was reducing the image size by around 70% so you can't even read any text besides large headers but you can still see images clearly and such.

Anyone have any ideas? I'm starting to think I just can't do this without permission.

I don't think there is any problem with that. Alexa.com (owned by ebay) and many other sites do the same thing without permission.
