Scraping site listing of a directory

    Is it illegal to 'scrape' the site listing in Yahoo, DMOZ, Alexa or other directory to be put on our directory?

    I am developing a niche directory and want to have sites listed already when launched.

    There are plenty of scripts out there for DMOZ, and so long as you follow DMOZ's TOS, you'll be just fine.
