It can find blogs relevent to your niche, check the PR and then posts comments to them, resulting in a backlink for you if the comment is approved or if the site is auto approve. Ok, well I'd say is $0.20 per link is decent. That's $250 links for $50. Bare in mind that quite a few links will have PR, some up to PR 6 and they are highly targeted links too. But I'm open to offers...that's the fun of the thread
