Scrapebox - Dont's

Hi All

Just bought Scrapebox to help automate my link building process. I know it is very powerful, but can anyone give me a list of DON'TS I need to be aware of before I starting using it

#1 - Don't generate 1,000 links one day and zero the next. Instead, if you've got a list of 1,000 URL's to comment on, build 25-50 links a day.

#2 - Use other methods in addition to Scrapebox. Scrapebox definitely helps, but in order to look natural its important to create backlinks via other means as well. (IMO)

 

Not important! This is a myth! Link building doesn't have to be consistent. I regularly build 1,000 one day, 3,000 next day, 0 for a week, then 2,000 next day etc. No problems here. The ONLY important thing I suggest with Scrapebox is DO NOT comment on the same blog over and over and over. Always remove duplicate domains before commenting.

So when you scrape 1,000 urls and only want to comment on 20 a day, how in Scrapebox can I do this?

Also - do I need to buy proxies and pay a monthyl fee??

 

I used to blast daily 20K and my success rate is up to 60% in Autoapprove list

 

is that 20,000 blog comments? How do you find a generic comment to blast so many?

 

Don't abuse it. It will be blacklisted by askimet

 

Scrapebox is good for collecting / web scraping

If you use it for comments that;s pure spam and waste of time/resources ...

 

I also use this software feature is indeed powerful, but must control the amount of sent

 

Come one guys - I have a good success rate just doing things manually...why take a chance and get caught by misusing SB?

 

We never use any software to generate the backlink but is it really an effective tool to generate the backinks ? I am really excited to see so many people support for this software can anyone help me to show with 1 or 2 examples how the posting looks like. Thanks in advance.

Take the time to manually comment on the higher quality, high PR blogs you find. Take the time to read the post and come up with a helpful comment. Then auto-run your comments on all the PR1 and lower blogs. This way you'll have a better chance of getting your quality links approved.

 

I blasted a site of mine to 2 000 blogs and it got sandboxed for a while. Be careful and DON't use it on your main sites

 

Scrapebox is a spam, indeed it never helps my site.

 

Use scrapebox to search for high PR blog entries and then MANUALLY write comments on them.

A couple fo high PR links that get accepted are WAY better than 100s of crappy links with no PR which might not even get picked up by Google

 

ScrapeBox is very powerful tool. I would never use it to auto blog comment. I'd use it to generate lists where you can comment manually. Also, be sure to use good proxies. Pay for them. Don't depend on free ones.

 

If you're going to use the auto commenting, it's a good practice to use it on your articles or 2.0 sites you create, which are linking back to your money site.

 

I don't trust link building services. we should hire an SEO guy for this to get good ranking. backlinks to direct traffic.
