Scite editor for PHP

Hi,

I am a newbie in PHP. I installed Scite. Try to run a PHP coding but getting this error.

>php -l "test.php"
'php' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
>Exit code: 1

I search over the Internet but cannot resolve my problem. Please help.

 

Where are you running this command?

I downloaded and installed Scite into my pc and try to run a php coding. any php coding showed the same error. . PLease help.

The php code it's very good, dosen't have any errors. I also tested the code on EasyPHP 5.3.3 server and looks good:
