Sound post to clarify your reasoning Islam is the founding religion.....
    ......

Did you really mean to portray Adam as a Prophet? You might have begun Islam with Idris than the disavowed / expelled Adam or certainly not refer to that personage as a Prophet.

Islam ignores the only reason of Remission as the sole commandment from God?

Adam was a Prophet. I believe that you think he is not, because he disobeyed God in the garden of Eden, and then got expelled. Just to let you know, Prophets are humans just like us, and so are prone to mistakes. However, in terms of conveying the message (Islam) with which they were entrusted, they were protected from erring in that.

Also, they did not persist in their mistakes, they repented and did not go back to do those sins.

"Thus did Adam disobey his Lord, so he went astray. Then his Lord chose him, and turned to him with forgiveness, and gave him guidance”
    [Quran - 20:121-122]

There's a narration where Moses killed someone, but he repented and was forgiven.

Similarly Daawood (David) sinned and was forgiven:

“and he Dawood (David) sought forgiveness of his Lord, and he fell down prostrate and turned (to Allaah) in repentance. So We forgave him that, and verily, for him is a near access to Us, and a good place of (final) return (Paradise)” [ Quran - 38:23-24]

There are several narrations that inform us that Prophets made mistakes, and this only acknowledges that they were human. But they soon after realized, and repented.

And there is wisdom in this, when we sin, we do the same as they did, we repent and move on. Nobody is free from sin, it's our nature to do so.

In terms of delivering the message however, they never erred in that.

    That is not true.

"Doing so", is not the same as a persons Commencement at birth.....die as you are born and all will be well, no book needed.

There is no sin in the Outerworld of the Everlasting is the point of the religion - (Clue) there is no sin in the Garden we inhabit.

The definition of sin is always an interesting discussion.
I lived with my husband before we married... eternal damnation for me?

    That's our (Muslims) belief.

From my observations you just mix different religions and formulate your own?

There is only 1 sin that can lead to eternal hellfire, and that is Shirk (if not repented from before death). If anyone dies whilst committing Shirk and not having repented from that, that person is doomed.

There is hope for the one that commits a sin lesser than Shirk, these sins can be forgiven by God. If not forgiven, he/she is punished, but not eternally.

    Who is kidding who????

You list 28 Prophets, and the original miss-fit (leaving out Eve) as the lineage of Islam.

The 28th, Jesus is Abandoned and Crucified who's assailants are not brought to Justice and rule from the year of their inception 0, then pops up supposedly the last Prophet who is eye for eye but as well abdicates to the Crucifiers.

You are the one who seeks beyond page I answers that do not exist.

The sole Commandment of the Almighty is Remittance to the Outerworld of the Everlasting.

No Prophets needed - no sins for Admission.

Perhaps Isr. can give his opinion what those two are based on, including Judaism. What they are based on is what is being discussed.

as a scientist chiming in i have questions. if adam and the other 28 prophets were muslims, why no records of them being muslims. are you saying the jews hijacked the torah from the muslims and made it their own? and that all types of written history wiped out muslims? what proof do muslims have of jews hijacking the torah? why have all records of muslims being the correct conveyers of God been erased? there are records that claim that the children of jacob are now the jews of today.

i am pretty sure you can check the egyptian hierogliphs and find jews as slaves under ramsy II.

if adam was the first prophet, who was he propheting to? was he the first person on earth! he would just be fatherly, not like a prophet.

here is something i noticed. in the bible abraham and his first wife sarah (not disputed by either muslims or jews) could not concieve a child. the bible says that sarah enlisted her handmaiden, hagar to bare a child with abraham, and they did, ishmael. but then sarah miraculously concieved a child with abraham, issac and the first marriage had their liniage. muslims say that hagar is his second wife.

here is a link to yahoo answers, http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20081230193518AAv7I3g with further explaination of this. the question asker picked a leaning muslim's answer as best but keep reading.

muslims say abraham lived happily ever after with hagar and jews and christians go with abraham living happily ever after with sarah. where did one or the other go without abraham?

Generally in the normal course of conversation when one is attempting to evoke a certain response they will do so in a manner that affords everyone a modicum of respect.

Quite to the contrary, you appear more interested in baiting people with profanity and insults. That type of behavior may work on the playground. Unfortunately for you, the normal response to your method of questioning is exactly what you are seeing.

    Why you may ask?

Many of us here have raised children and many of us continue to do so. We realize that like most children, you're attempting to gain attention. As a parent I can tell you that ignoring the attention getter works better than responding to it. Eventually they learn to shut up and grow up.

The only records that I can think of would be their scriptures, and as said before people have corrupted them.

I wouldn't say hijack..it's simply corruption of scripture, changing, deleting, adding things to books.

    Your point?

What do you mean by Jews? Do you mean the followers of Judaism or the race?

What do you mean by “propheting”?

In short - Hajar was the servant of Sarah, Sarah was sterile and could not give birth. Later Sarah offered Abraham her servant Hajar in marriage. Hajar gave birth to Ismael.

Sarah also gave birth to Isaac (it was a miracle), as can be seen from the following verses:

"And verily, there came Our Messengers (Angels) to Ibrahîm (Abraham) with glad tidings. They said: Salâm (greetings or peace!) He answered, Salâm (greetings or peace!) and he hastened to entertain them with a roasted calf. (Hud 11:69)

But when he saw their hands went not towards it (the meal), he felt some mistrust of them, and conceived a fear of them. They said: "Fear not, we have been sent against the people of Lout (Lot)." (Hud 11:70)

And his wife was standing (there), and she laughed (either, because the Messengers did not eat their food or for being glad for the destruction of the people of Lout (Lot). But We gave her glad tidings of Ishâque (Isaac), and after him, of Ya'qûb (Jacob). (Hud 11:71)

She said (in astonishment): "Woe unto me! Shall I bear a child while I am an old woman, and here is my husband, an old man? Verily! This is a strange thing!" (Hud 11:72)

They said: "Do you wonder at the Decree of Allâh? The Mercy of Allâh and His Blessings be on you, O the family [of Ibrahîm (Abraham)]. Surely, He (Allâh) is All-Praiseworthy, All-Glorious." (Hud 11:73) "

    ------

Isaac married Rebecca and they had Jacob who was the father of the 12 tribes of Israel etc. While Ishmael was the father of the Arabs.
