schema.org/Organization/ <- What Org? Website or Affiliate Landing Org?

    Are you suppose to use 2 different Org in Schema?

    Example, I have website business, ABC. I'm "selling/affiliate marketing" for another company, XYZ.

    What org should I use, or should I use both?

    If you are actually selling a product where the website is set up to look like a sales page you would not want to add affiliate marketing. /Brand would be more appropriate. Use the correct schema for brand.
