Hi all, I searched through the forums and couldn't find anything related to this, but I'm new here ... so maybe I missed it: I have a cron job scheduled to automatically "Check All", which is working perfectly. I am just wondering now if there's any way to automatically email the results to me as well? As it is now, I visit the page each day and click to Email. If this is not a current feature, perhaps it can be added by simply adding a URL parameter to the Update URL (i.e. "&email"). Curious, - M. Shane Sturgeon HDTV Magazine www.hdtvmagazine.com
You could do that with a cron job too if you wanted (give the check all enough time to run before you do the email though).
Use these to email the keywords and backlinks respectively http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/keywords/?action=email&type=keywords http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/keywords/?action=email&type=links
Beautiful! Thank you both!! As soon as this results page launches, I'll definitely give kudos to your wonderful service by way of a tagline. Cheers, - M. Shane Sturgeon HDTV Magazine www.hdtvmagazine.com
I have a follow-up if I may ... If I want to do a "full" check of my keywords via cron, as indicated by FAQ #24 by clicking "Check All" ... is the URL different than the one provided in FAQ #19 (http://loginassword@www.digitalpoint.com/tools/keywords/?action=lookupall)? In other words, does the URL I'm currently using in cron do an exhaustive check from 0 for all my keywords, or does it start at the last known position? Thanks, - Shane
