I have a client that wants a script made that would let him view a calendar off his website that his employes and his clients could log into and see the schedule. I can do this with Adobe AIR, but I believe it would be a lot more expensive than what you are looking to spend. There is probably a php script out there that would work for his purposes. If you are bidding on someone's project you should have a grasp on the development aspect of his demands. If you hire a programmer as a sub contractor you will be relaying info in a chain from the client to the programmer. It is best just to connect the two so they can communicate directly. Otherwise this is going to get very sticky for both you and your client...
