Scammers contacting you by PM on DP

Whats the deal with this?

Can it be reported?

 

DP is probablly flooded with reported threads everyday, but they could add a report button in the PM's
I don't think mods will do anything if you forward the PM to them, only spam I think...

 

I recieved a couple of unsolicited pm's but I just ignore them. It is best not to reply to pm's sent to you.

 

No, They do take action.

If you really think the PM is by a scammer or spam then you can forward em to DP mods.
Howcome you are so sure that it is by a scammer? username?

I've only gotten a few random PM's trying to get me to do or buy something. I just ignore and delete them.

 

By the way, how do you report someone on dp forum?

i feel so left out, i have stalkers on DP, and i have friends on DP, i have people that hate me on DP.

i want a scammer to add to my list

just one left on DP, and on ignore lol he seems to have only joined to stalk me.


just a tip, if you find you are being spammed via pm. then look for the persons posts and give them red rep in one of them that you dont like.

that way you are not really abusing the rep system because you really didnt like that post.

when they get enough reds, they cant work on DP anymore because it shows up red rep in the pm's they send to everyone.

the same goes for itrader if you have made a deal with a scammer, then leave neg itrader so it shows up in any pm they send to others they want to scam.
