hmm, any thread url? you just accuse anyone without providing any info. Anyways, DP mods wont come in between as its clearly mentioned in the Rules/FAQs. You may leave a negative itrader to that person. If you made a CC funded payment then you can do a chargeback else you can open a dispute on paypal.

Open a paypal dispute against him and i think paypal will help you I hope paypal helps a truthful person this time
he can open a dispute on paypal but if this was for ecurency exchage, what will he tell paypal, cause ecurency exchange are not permit on paypal.....
I believe he will lose money in this case. But if he made the payment as "payment for some goods" then maybe he has some chance. I could be wrong as its totally up to paypal.
Well, he will lose money and also a chance to lose his PayPal account as it is agains rules to exchange PayPal to any other online payment processors.

1. Paypal will not give you your money back if it was digital goods or digital services. 2. Calling someone a scammer will get you a nice infraction. (Infraction = Bad) 3. Be more careful when taking part in deals. Use the iTrader system, thats what its here for. 4. It sucks, but thats just the way it is. Oh I missed 1 - Giving out someones personal information without their written consent is a big no no.

Sorry to disappoint but scamming is very easy around here. Some people almost make a living out of it, which is why everyone needs to be on their guard. TRUST NO-ONE, SUSPECT EVERYONE.
