Rules scammer

This guy tried to sell a domain under false pretenses and After I saw he was lying I retracted my bid and he gave me a negative iTrader, though he was trying to scam me. Can you remove the fake iTrader rating please?

He just sent me this email right after that, this guy needs banned. Note the URL he put in the email, not a DP email, spoofed.
