He's asking for the banner without watermark before he will pay it. I said to him that I can't do it. It takes more or less 10minutes before his next reply; And then a new reply came saying "ok i am left with $2. can $2?". My reaction is WTF! He said that he didn't knew that he only left with that amount? He's trying to make me a Novice Paid service. I tried to talk to him patiently and suddenly another reply quoted "ok $4 or leave it." so another WTF!. After several PM, I finally allowed him to pay me 4$ but he must give me Itrader Feedback and he replied. "ok now i dun trust u. i am scared when i pay, you wun give me the file.". He's a SCAMMER! You could always contact the server host and have the site shutdown for illegal use of unpaid work. I have checked up the hosting for the site and it looks like it is hosted by Hostgator. Why don't you contact them and see what they could do about it. There is more information on the guy if you are curious.
