Scammer *SkyisLimit* Just scammed me for 40$

This guy SkyisLimit sold me a product that he calls MDCC for 40$.
I bought it to withdraw my funds from Paypal.
Before buying this Card I opened up a thread in DP as well, HERE, where only one person replied.
And now I came to know that person was himself. :s
I wonder why these people scam people. 40$ is nothing for me! But man, what a loser he is.

The card price was 35$ + 5$ balance amount (that he said I could use anywhere)
now he is not refunding any money. He is from India, I am also from India, but I feel ashamed of such people ruin our country`s name!

 

make a dispute and see what happens. Also report his thread if you have proof.

what is mdcc, is that a credit card, a virtual credit card?

It was supposed to be a virualt re-loadable cc but in the end it turned out to be just a scamming trick =)
