You guys know i launched a keyword cloud site a month back www.raasmzone.com where everyone purchased links. I have announced it only on DP forums and nowhere else so all customers were from this forum only. On Dec 22 someone named "Saronkorn Seuyouyong" whose paypal ID is "abac401@yahoo.com" purchased about 11 links there

    Screenshot of Links

I approved his links there. And today suddenly i opened my paypal account to find that i have been scammed. Paypal reversed all those 11 transactions and i had 11 mails from paypal in my inbox

    Paypal Screenshot

This is one of the 11 emails. The other emails were similar to this

No idea who is this guy but i am scammed :( :( :(. And this is someone from DP. Others please tell me if you had any transactions with this guy :(

I Guess you need to delete all his links instantly after emailing him once on his paypal email.

Come on now. You have not been scammed. It's not like the person in question was able to get away with free stuff.
His payments were reversed and his links were removed. Therefore, it's all dandy dandy.

Phew, your paypal didn't got limited. Thanks to paypal reversal policy and seller protection policy.

Anyways, delete his links and inform and warn him about this and secondly, thansk for telling us about this customer. I'll keep an eye on him

Yep. Hacked Paypal accts is pretty common these days. I check my Paypal acct several times a day and I keep track of everything going on in there. If I see anything in there that should not be in there I whack an email to Paypal immediately and it is fixed straight away before I even do anything else.

I also keep a huge spreadsheet for paid links incoming and outgoing which is cross-checked with all my payment methods.

I have found Paypal pretty good to deal with.

Good think it was only for $2.66 X 10 or you would have been counting on that money for something else. But still, a scam is a scam and that sucks.

I think we should now always keep track of transactions on DP here and put the other person's DP id in the paypal transaction notes so that later if any troubles are there ,then we could straight catch the guy.

That's a good start but does not work for subscriptions unfortunately. I wish Paypal would facilitate this requirement.

Sorry to hear that :( good thing that you have deleted his links already. It's good idea to put DP member ID there on paypal payments as Note.

if you write your own ipn they do actually allow you to post extra data and retreive it on postback....

that sucks, scammers should be shot in the face......
