    The forum admin team have a hard enough time enforcing the basic forum rules without trying to act as judge and jury on matters well beyond their jurisdiction.

    Don't worry much, even I got a negative feedback when I was unable to sell a voucher to a buyer just before he made payment, as somebody else made payment first..
    I sold voucher to other person as he made payment first.then I returned full amount to buyer, still he left a negative feedback to me.
    things happens. forget it!

    first at all, give him a negative itrade, and then open dispute if you are using paypal
