I want to report a scammer here whose username is: reyhanbinbaz

and his profile link is: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/member.php?u=605868

This scammer sold me a PR0 site claiming its PR4.

Also, he just pushed the domain name without sending full website files.

Take Care everyone from dealing with this very bad scammer and i look forward for moderators to tolerate this issue.

hmm, checked through your itrader, are you referring to your purchase of this site: http://fbn-usa.org/

because i checked it, it says its still pr4.
If your talking about a different site, then checking pagerank, is really your own responsibility.

well, he claimed its PR6 but it was found PR4

and if PR check is my responsibility, so is the site files my own responsibility too? the seller just got the money and escaped like a dirty scammer.

    umm ok.
I didnt say that at all. I only make the comment on checking the pagerank as pagerank DOES change. I have sites that are PR1, who knows it might be PR2 or PR3, I for one dont have the time to check every one of my sites every PR update, on this note, the site was listed as PR6 and is now PR4... for all i know it might have been PR6 at the time it was originally listed for sale. If you didnt check the PR, then you cant comment that he sold you PR0 site that i check to be PR4 that was sold to you as a PR6 site.
Its like buying a brand new car, and 1 months later complaining the car isnt new....
Oh, just FYI, The last google page rank update was 8 november 2012, about the same time you were finalising the sale.

Unless i am missing something, your comments seem to confirm that we are both talking about the same pr4 / pr6 site that your purchased. If this is the case, the guy left you positive feedback for the transaction on Nov 8th 2012. He would not have left positive feedback unless he thought that the transaction was amicably resolved -> perhaps he IS a scammer, but have you made contact with him recently? He is active today, who knows he might be happy to help you out.

At any rate, im unsubscribing from this thread.

the feedback from his side was because i paid him but i didn't get what i paid for not even the site files!

surely i tried to reach him but like you said he is a dirty scammer and is only trying to scam other people using this forum so he never replies to any message/email.

Do this step so you can report that scammer

File a Report With the Internet Crime Complaint Center
The Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C), and the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA). The Internet Crime Complaint Center accepts online Internet crime complaints. In order to file a report, you'll need to provide the follow information:

    - Your name, mailing address, and telephone number.
    - The name, address, telephone number, and web address, if available, of the individual or organization you believe defrauded you.
    - Specific details on how, why, and when you believe you were defrauded.

    Hope it helps.
