Wasn't it kind of blatantly illogical to do this?
This seemed to be incredibly easy, and too bad, your site was making $70 a month.

Nobody gives the domain before payment transfer. That was a dumb move. WHOIS-a phone number is given.

Never give stuff before payment, you won't get a chance to get your stuff back, but the buyer has loads more chances to get his money refunded if the seller would scam him.

I ALWAYS get payment first. I guess that was kind of your fault. I mean, seriously. Who does that?

Don't just stop at giving a neg-itrader and crying about your loss, atleast try to get it back by contacting the registrar and giving them proof about this thing.
And yes, learn how to use punctuation marks etc.

Ooh, I like a good witch hunt!
torrentman you say? Surely the clue was in the username?
The second clue should have been the fact he had only been here a month and contributed nothing in that time.

An unfortunate coincidence. Don't worry, you're in the clear.
