This is a warning to anyone considering doing business with user mxmedia I just bought the site emaildaddy.net from him on flippa and i cant believe i fell for the scam, i feel such an idiot. I didnt realise he was a member here or i would have checked his terrible itrader rating first and realised he has tried to sell it on here before and was also found out. The site i bought sells an email marketing script that he claims he created when in reality it belongs to interspire.com Email Marketing Software albeit a very old version that does not function with php 5.3 due to deprecated functions. He's even trying to say im trying to con him to get a free site even though he took $100 off me for something he has no rights to sell. the money isnt that important its the fact i have been scammed by him that really grates with me. I have reported him to flippa and to interspires piracy department but i've been around long enough to know it will be a waste of time filing a paypal dispute as it was a non-tangible item. I'm posting this just to warn anyone thinking of doing business with this lying thieving little shit, DONT you will lose your money his flippa username is mxmedia You have been warned.. he is LYING THIEVING SCAMMER. John Seroka is his name.. and John you have made the biggest mistake of your life scamming me, i am going to destroy your internet reputation and no-one will do business with you by the time i have finished
It's unfortunate to see you're in this position, how long ago did this happen? In every case I've seen paypal tends to side with the buyer (the person sending money) and it's usually up to the seller to prove they've provided it. You should definitely file a complaint, provide all the evidence you have here and there is a chance to get your money back. It is effectively a case of a misrepresented and non-functioning item. Either way, as I'm sure you learned, do all relevant research before a trade and not afterwards.
