Scammer Alert: Tiberiu Bazavan aka DrBlackSEO

I just wanted everyone to know that Tiberiu Bazavan aka DrBlackSEO scammed me. I originally ordered $200 worth of his link building services to test it out. All the way through the project he has great communication skills. Half way through the project, which seemed to be going along just fine, I decided to double my order.

After doubling my order and upon completion of my project he asked that I pay for remained of the money that i owed him. Since the project seemed to go along so smoothly I saw no risk in doing so. After receiving my money he just stopped talking to me (possibly blocked me on msn) and never returned my emails or pms. Unfortunately, I sent pmt via Western Union and cant get my money back.

Buyers be warned. Be careful and hope you dont get scammed by this worthless guy.

I feel sorry for you. When dealing with bigger sum amounts, use an escrow service, don't pay upfront.

Yep he is a Romania

I know this kind of people and they make my work harder since i'm from romania to this country is full of scamers and especial in his city "Craiova"

Have a lesson don't send money with Western Union to Eastern Europe

Use An escrow or Moneybookers (a legitime service has MB for sure as payment option)

I know this reply is pretty late, i just found this post, i had to reply, this guy scammed me also, he showed me a lot of work etc, that wasn't really his, he is a proffesional scammer, i thought he would definitely work out fine, he'll tell you ANYTHING to get your money my first payment was $400, sent to him through western union, which i never pay people through but it just seemed like he was different....I guess i was slippin.. anyway just thought i'd inform everyone that this guy who claims he was scammed isn't lying i can back him up by saying thats EXACTLY what happened to me...all good every day talking until the payment was made. He dissapeared for months, or maybe was it that he blocked me from msn messenger, then recently he signs on i guess he forgot who i was, and i imed him, he said whos this? whats your site name? i said your scammed me i gave him my site name his words were " Well of course im not a scam because ive replied to you, sorry i was gone for all that time, ive been busy working on a big companies website, email me your site and another site, and i will do seo for both of them for this mistake" , think i heard from him again??? What a liar...oh well, im moving on thanks for your time!

 

Unfortunately thie scammer TIBERIU BAZAVAN COMES FROM ROMANIA ,and we have heard also about him, sorry for you guys
He steals content a lot and he has no intention stopping this
somebody have to stop this creature
