Hi, I bought a custom script for $100 upfront payment from a company called oopsinfotech.com, I had had them on my contact list for a while and they seem perfectly professional and all. So, I eventually decided to ask for a quote on something, and they gave it to me - $215 or something. I paid $100 and they said they'd have it done by today and it's been a week since I paid but I havent seen them online. I wanted to know whether they had blocked me so I asked a few freinds to add them and they say they havent been online. If it was an individual I wouldnt be worried - people go on holidays etc, but this is a webdesign company that works in an office and therefore should be online atleast once in a week and respond to emails . Well, I'm 14 and money dosent come around so easy. I'm not going to say they're scammers now but it's been a week and I've sent emails etc..and they're not coming online for anyone.. oopsinfotech.com - if you're there please contact me.. -Hecky.

After you have exhausted all other means to resolve this with them directly - If you paid with paypal dispute the payment.
How did you pay for the service? try to dispute it with the bank or credit card company, I wish you the best of luck.

Hey everyone, good news! Kind of. I got an email from them saying they're sorry but they cannot complete the project but they've tried over 7 hours of it. They showed me a sample of what they've done so far and it's not working. They're offering a refund, though so I'll take that.
