I do not think you are scamming I believe that you need to re think this situation and read all the replies carefully to see what you are doing wrong here.

If you are not scamming me, why did you ask me to write the articles, I wrote them but you didn't pay?

 

1. You never sent it completed, but now seeing as you published it for the public I will not be buying the first article.

1. I do not scam, on this website I have paid for around 6 websites, been paid for over 20 posting and article jobs. Only ever had positive feedback, I will try and catch up with them all to leave an Itrader.

For me to be a thief I would have had to receive the articles, you sent me one incomplete, unused, unedited article which you did not require payment for as payment was agreed for a finished article.

You have no side to your argument you keep going back to being offensive.

 

Since you have published the article to the entire net, I fail to see how you can expect anyone to a) pay you for it or b) take anything you say seriously. Also, you have proved yourself to be unworthy trading with, and in future I will never bring my service to you again, nor that of my company.

You have had your moment of limelight with your "Scam" and by your crazy ideology you have "stopped him benefiting" so please put an end to this self-damaging nonsense.

He refused to pay me BEFORE I published it not after. I have done over 30 transactions on this site selling my writing (didn't itrade most of them) and this is the first problem I have had... yes I'm very angry. I researched these articles and put a lot of time and effort into them. I am a very good writer and I think when someone contracts to do work with me, and I do the work and give it to them, I deserve to get paid. Call me crazy.

 

You say that you were willing to let people see the articles before they pay for them, yet you also say that you have never sent the second article. With such a discrepancy in place, you must be crazy to take such a case further, no?

 

Yes I have a policy that says if you're not happy with the quality you don't have to pay. That's why I sent him the first article before starting on the second. He said the quality was great, go ahead and write the second, and so I did.

 

Yes, that is true. However like I keep saying it was not completed, or checked. You wanted to know if it was along the right lines before you continued, and I said it was. You never sent a completed article.
