Scammed... What to do?? Please advice..

    Hi...


    I think I got scammed, I payed one guy to make some designs for me, he made one page and it was really good. so we arranged couple of more designs that he was going to crate for me, I payed and now he is gone since that. I payed with my CC tru PayPal.. What can I do to get my money back.. This is first time I pay with paypal and get screwed and I really dont know how PayPal handles this kind of situations, what I know is that PayPal doesnt get involved in digital things is this correct? Have I lost my money or is there something I can do?

    Please advice me on what I should do?



    PS: It has now passed 4 days since i payed this guy

    Make a claim in paypal. Leave a negative itrader. But first wait a few more days. he could have PC/family/life issues.

    Time is of the essence you should act sooner rather than later, like mikey1090 stated you should file a claim through paypal, paypal will do everything in their power to resolve the issue.

    OK I have done the PayPal thing and just to let you guys know I have still net heard anything from this guy and Im sending several mails every day to couple of mails he has.

    He also owns www.PSDThis.com and his name is Aaron, if I get my designs or money back from him, if he now has some kind of trouble or problem and thats why he is not answering me Ill be more than happy to say sorry for this thread.

    PS. He talked to a friend of mine "he doesnt kinow this" thru MSN but is hiding "shows as offline on MSN list"

    OK just talked to this guy and he had some family issues, and I apologise for any bad things said about him here.. He promised that he will finish my design already this weekend (2 days) and I believe he will do so, this is why i was so pissed of since he really did a good job on the first design and he sounded as a nice person. It show up to be korrect anyway, and i hope hes family issue will get better
