So have I. I wrote a tutorial on some QUICK steps you can take if you find yourself jammed inside a fraudulent or scam transaction. I didn't think I would be stupid enough to fall into something like this, but I did. It's not all about how smart you are (a lot of it is though). For the record godaddy won't help you if it's there.. I'm still dealing with a lawyer now to reaquire hacked.cc which ironically was paid for with a stolen credit card via paypal over 1 year ago..
Thanks htmlindex, I appreciate it . It's more targeted towards domain transactions outside of registrars. Meaning, it doesn't involve godaddy, namecheap, or any other domain registration companies. What I personally dealt with only involved me, the scammer, Paypal, and my bank. The scammer didn't even own the domain he was "selling" so no registrar was involved.
