    paypal should be able to help you as long as it wasnt sent as a gift


    many people say send as a gift for no fees

    but if you do paypal dont care they always say the person who you gifted money to gets too keep it

    its happened to me befor only $20 but thats not the point

    DP doesn't get involved in situations like this.. As I said earlier, the best (or worst) anyone can do is leave a negative feedback, so others can see it before dealing with scam artist.

    So DP banned me for starting a thread in the wrong category but won't ban Dangy for scamming for, what I have heard, over $1000. Now spoken to a few others who have been scammed. This is ridiculous!

    Well, that's how it is mate. They only ban when digital point rules are broken. A mutual transaction gone bad between two digital point members doesn't fit that category.
    If a big amount of money is involved you should file a complaint with local authorities, provide them evidence.. Also as many others suggested, you should also contact Paypal and file a charge back.
    And as I suggested, leave him a negative feedback, post the url of this thread in the 'comments' section of feedback. That's all you can do mate.
