I've been getting used how DP people are trustworthy. Yes, well maybe I got too trustworthy because of all the nice people I met here. Then again you'll see that some domain which were advertised are not even in there.. lol Also hiding something from a sale would be enough for the buyer to cancel it after he paid. It's the law and it truly is common sense...
don't think you can do anything much besides giving him some -ve itrader to warn other members. you've paid him - too bad. paypal will not allow chargebacks for non tangible goods.
I find that alot of DP'er who get scammed, never leave negative iTrader. If we all left negative iTrader for scammers, this may reduce the amount of scammers around.... Have a look at this thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=376083 Splashkid ripped alot of people off and it looks like he is never coming back to DP, but hardly anyone left any negative iTrader. I left it for a different offer he didnt deliver on. If all the people who were ripped off by Splashkid from the same deal as me, other probably would not have purchased his next offer....
What you say make a lot of sense daboss, I sure will add negative itrader but I wont hurge anything as this issue could still be resolved by just talking about it.. I guess. I've seen people charge back on information product so I guess its the same no? Well maybe people are scared of getting a negative etrade in return?
Where do you find out how itrader works, I found out by just happening to click on the icon. A lot off members do not know how to post feedback.
You really need to get a charge back and also give out the guys username so everyone here turns on the idiot.

If you made the payment by paypal,just open a paypal dispute and you can also warn other dp members. I don't understand why do you people scam! Don't they feel shame to scam others
Yeah, talk to him first, give him a chance to send you the money back - and then if he doesn't just lodge a Paypal dispute - that will usually get their attention.
