Scammed By The State of MN.

It took 4 long years to get my refund from the state of MN.
Then the scamming state sent my refund over to another
    scammer state agency...

This surely has something to do the scamming mobile home park
    that I lived in:

    Scam Mobile Home Park
    Chaska, MN
    (reported on rip-off-report.com)

Bought this mobile home in Scam Mobile Home Park in Chaska, MN - We did not live there but a year or so. We never made changes to the property or anything. You have to sign alease agreement, and bottom line says whenever you move out, then you agree to repair this and that as your own cost, well I am thinking, we were only here for a year, so what could be so on the property could be so in need of repair, and I asked this at the front office, and they said you would be surprised, why would I be surprised, then I finally realized once they did their inspection on why she said that, our bill was $2,000, and i was fuc%$ outraged. Chaska Mobile home park had neglected to enforce the previous tenant(s) on making repairs, and they decided to scam us by saying we were responsible regardless, and they did not care what we had to say either. I called the state of mn to complain; the state of mn could care less, and didnt give a shit.

The real estate agent for the mobile home park was the biggest scammer. He charged us 50% commission on selling the mobile home. I am not sure if this guy had some arrangement with the mobile home park, and I bet you he did, scammers do work together...Who the hell charges 50% selling a home? I have a mobile up for sale right now, and it is 3% commission.

    Chaska Mobile Home Park: Ripoff
Real estate agent for Park: Ripoff
    State of MN: Ripped Off...

Then I get this notice that my refund check has been taken by some agency in the chaska, mn area; I have never done any other business in chaska, so it surely has something to do with this Scammer Mobile Home Park, and if I owed money to somebody, and it sounds like this is what they are saying, they made zero effort to even contact me, and by the way, I did pay the Chaska Mobile Park (scammers) what they wanted, as i know if i did not, then they would have reported me to credit agencies.

    MN = Scam State
Even the state will scam you....

ps. I forgot to mention, the roofer also lived in the park.
He agreed to fix the roof for $200, and once he finished, he
said I owed him $500. For fu$% what? Spending 30min on
the roof; I paid him $300 and told him never to come back....

    Roofer: Ripoff

Anyone that lives on their property that performs some
type of property service is price gouging everyone....

    Thank-You
    Brandondale MHC
    1 Kelly Road

    Chaska MN 55318

    http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/brand...fore-buying-a-mobile-in-brandondale-mo-622485

and to think I had put this anger behind
me until the state of mn stole my refund.

They knew about rip-off-report before i even left the property, because the agent brought it to my attention, and said he would look into it and ask me to remove it. I already knew he was scamming me for 50% - Why would he look into it? He is not going to rock the boat that feeds him. If the park would have just done the right thing from the start, then none of this would have happened, because of their failure to enforce their lease with the previous owner, they stuck me with his bill of problems, and I am going to bet if anyone leaves their home and does not perform repairs, then they will scam the next tenant when they get ready to leave; I bet you this is not their first time running this repair scam. If you make your repairs, then you are good, if you dont, then they just forward to the new tenant. If you do not pay the repair bill, then the park simply will not approve the next tenant to live there. For some reason they made a mistake by accident or on purchase, and let the previous home owner slide on repairs, and approved us to move in, and he was apparently allowed to sell the home.

If you search google for the parks name, as part of the top results you will see rip-off-report, and they have made no effort to make a reply, why should they? They know exactly what they are doing is wrong. I hope they have lost money too; they had no problem stealing mine.

Sounds like you should start reaching out to your local social networks & news stations. If you can build a group that all have similar experience, should be able to gain some traction.
Have you tried to get any opinions from an attorney, particularly with real estate law background?

I did reaching back in 2010, no gave a crap...
atty said if I could not prove it, thenit didnt happen...
and do you really think the rich and powerful will tell the truth?
and they wont lie about it; They just say nothing, and hope you go away.
Well, i went away for 4 damn years until refund got swiped...
I guess if I was rich, powerful, and greedy, I would be just like them.
and if the state didnt care, why would anyone else...?

Got Ripped off again by Chaska MN....
We steal from you long after you have gone....

Most may not even realize that they maybe scammed by the park. If i had lived in the park for 5-10 years then I may have bought into their scam repairs without question, but since I was only there just approx 1 yr, their repair list was far too extensive for damages to occur in 1 years time frame, and who did they call for the repairs? you got it, they live in the park.

I found out a little more today, but should get a call back...

The reason they take my entire refund check was due to property taxes.

1: a tax bill never rec'd, none the less.
    2: $400+ for a $10k house in a home park?
(and apparently I still owe them more)

Something does not sound right, I have $50k property forsale in TN, and I pay less then $100/yr on property taxes.

1: Either they are charging me property tax for the park lot. (park owns property)
2: Or the state is taxing me for previous buyers that did not pay (on the mobile home)

At the time, my rent for the park was like $500/mo - If that is the case, then I assume the taxes on the mobile home property would be absurd that my monthly rent would not cover the taxes, unless they charged property taxes to the renter, and why would I pay property taxes on something that I am just renting, so the property owner gets the full enjoyment of rent with no property taxes? I should get a call back in the next day or two and find out for sure why I am being charged so high on a $10,000 mobile on property that I did not even own.

Ouch, that's a rough situation! These figures aren't making sense to me.. that's a heck of a tax%.

I would grab your lease contract & take a good look... perhaps get a 2nd, 3rd, 4th opinion. As you know, lessee's don't pay for prop taxes, that should be figured within your rent.

    Keep me posted!

I assume that you were required to the use the Park's real estate agent? 50% commissions should be criminal...much like loansharking.

I do not think I was required to use; The only issue is that chaska is someone isolated...
and would have been a drive; Chaska is just a little nothing town, and it took 30-45
min just to get to work because of the distance of travel, and those that provide services
for the park very well know this too., so if i had to call outside of the area for people
to come over, then it would taken more travel, and more time to get anything done,
so they just take advantage; When you have insight info, you take advantage of people.
Because if they had local competition, then high-jack rates would not work.
