    Hello,

I'm selling a special report about money making here on this forum and someone named "Nichole DeSalvo" bought it, but 2-3 hours later she attacked my per mail that she didn't bought it and that I hacked her account and bla bla bla...I didn't even know who this is lol :D

Now she has reported it to PayPal...did someone else had similar problems? maybe with the same person?

I really cannot believe that this is true what she says...

    What should I do?

    Regards,
    Mario

I also couldn't understand. I think you should asked to her directly.

That happens sometime. In this situation, the only thing which is possible is refund. And report the user to Mod that he/she is using hacked PayPal accounts.

Wait for Pay Pal to complete their investigations, in the meantime collect as much evidence as you can to support your case.

This is the best thing to do. As someone else said though, collect, save and store your own evidence as well. Like print out transaction details from Paypal account, do screenshots, etc and keep them all. Also save and print any copies of emails, messages, etc that she has sent to you.

If it were me I would also send her a very professional and polite email letting her know that you have copied all such materials, and are "happily assisting Paypal" with their investigation. There are also (I think) penalties for people falsely accusing you of such activity - not sure though, you may have to check Paypal TOS.

    Good luck!
