    i was using there prepaid card and i had about $40 in it.. now my card is not working and i cant make any transactions. i made complaint but received no response from them.. every time i try to check my card balance it gives error..it has been same more than 3 months.. i doesnt work. i think im scammed by payza

    many payment website doing fraud now.. who to trust :((

    wow. I'm shocked payza do that dirty way. But believe me there was a reason why they were doing that way. Have you called them?

    i have sent 2 support tickets and used live chat too.. i guess they dont seem to care i have 30$ in my main account too i dont there i will be able to withdraw that amount. dont use payza people

    I'm not sure what is the exact issue you're experiencing with your prepaid card, but at this point, since you already submitted a ticket, please wait until our Prepaid Card department respond to it so they can assist you further with this.

    As to what "RosuC" said, I'd like to assure you that Payza is not closing, the "Department of Homeland Security" is not involved in this, and we are far from being a "fraud scheme". The issue you're having with your prepaid card is not related with the issue we're having in the U.S.

    my card is not working from past 3 months. no reply from support either.. i see 0$ funds in my card balance, i had about $30+ usd

    should i contact visa about this issue?

    payza kept about 100 dollar of mine as well... payza told me they had issues with home land security
