My advice was general tips to not get scammed period. Then you flipped out because I was slightly off topic and somebody pissed in your orange juice. So pal, I read the first post already, which never mentions him having an "appreciable reputation". Even then, if he had an "appreciable" reputation and has been here since 2008, only 6 itrader? Yea scammy. Use logic, end story.
I have appealed PayPal, and hopefully they will revoke the funds from this guy. I don't advise anyone to use PayPal for digital transactions ever again. They will not help you if you get scammed. Their misleading slogan "PayPal is the safer way to pay and get paid" is a lie. They are not safe at all, and now I do not trust them anymore.
Hey, How did you do that? Could you pls. elaborate for the benefit of all DP members. I have also lost over $600 to a guy from New Zealand. I have been able to track down his number and address in New Zealand but dont know how do I recover money. I was in India that time and now in US.
