PayPal not able to recover funds due to no funds in sellers account :(

First time I've been ripped off by a DP member since I joined, rather sad when you become to trusting and think all people here are genuine. I'm sure others have been ripped off here, not a nice feeling

    Thanks for caring :)

    Sorry about the $50 man.

Thats why you let someone else go first, and don't buy until they have atleast a couple of pages, and some itrader.

    Sorry man.

Wow! I was actually considering using that "service." I'm glad I didn't. I hate it when you buy something with PayPal and then they are unable to get your funds.

Looks like they scammed 2-3 others in that thread too. Have you talked to any of the others that bought from that scum bag.

That type of shit can make a person so angry. It becomes not even a question on the amount of money. It more becomes a principle of Net or DP respect type of thing.

Did you try to file a dispute with Paypal? Escalate it to a claim?

I was scammed by polish_boy_13 on this thread

We were chatting via email, once I sent the money - he stopped responding. I gave him about a day or so then opened a claim with Paypal. Apparently if he doesn't respond to the claim within 10 days, I will get my $300 back.

If you paid via credit card, you can get on the phone with your credit card company and ask for a chargeback, possibly. If not, call Paypal and see what options are open to you.

Hope this is of some help.

Sorry to know abt that u all got scammed. The main thing u should notice while getting a service is that, check there activities in DP.If they have good feedbacks, then u may proceed or quite.
