Scammed by digital point member!!

I was pmed by digital point member smith9090 about a forum that I was trying to sell (ipirateit.com). We made a deal and long story short he ended up scamming me. I changed the cpanel log in, however he got to the vbulletin before I could and changed the password. He sometimes posts in the joint venture section looking for investments, just letting everyone know he is a scammer!!

I have people that can vouch for me that Ive been trying to sell this forum for a couple weeks now. Now that he realizes that the payments are still set up to my paypal account this guy is really trying to say that I scammed HIM. smh.

 

Unbelievable how this guy is saying now that I scammed him and took his money. Even saying that hes going to report me lol!! I can take a screenshot of my paypal account right now and prove that he never sent the payment, even after I transfered him my domain. BTW im posting this as he private messages me right now, hes so pissed that the recurring payments (which is the only profit made from this site) is sent to me month after month. He didnt even reply to my pms after I sent him cpanel logins, transferred him the domain AND even gave him marketing tools such as my free backlink tool, scrapebox, article marketing robot and traffic travis

 

Why on earth did you transferred the domain first? Whats the forum?

 

hahahaha unbelievable. im now taking screenshots to prove that I was never sent payment. this guys mad because he tried to cheat me and it backfired

Yea I bought that site, did some work on it and was trying to resell it. Now after I showed proof that no money was sent hes saying I transferred it to my bank account smh lol. Guess ill take a screenshot of my empty bank account too lol!!

hmm... hearing only one side of the story doesn't really help in this situation. I am sure the mods will need to hear both side before any actions is deemed.
anyway.. please be more careful in handling this type of transaction. selling domains i usually go to sedo for better security.

 

This sort of issues should be dealt in private with DP staff, not here. Just my opinion!

Just to tell you guys, that I love ruining the business of the scammers, so don't hate me if I tarnish their reputations everywhere.

 

Surely you can claim the domain name back via your account that held the domain?
