    "Scam guide" means "how to scam someone" imho.
    The com and net are not developped. Reg fee imho because lack of development possibilities.

    Oh well, I always thought of it more as an online guide to scams and scammers. Don't see how anyone would think it's a "how to scam" type of site :eek:, maybe if it was ScammingGuide.com.
