    Why are you the only one stating I'm a scammer ?
    The payment was sent according to the transaction coordinates.
    You recieved the money. They left my account. I didn't "hold" any of them.
    Rest assured, dp member, I will be the one complaining to the administration that a "0" rated seller from DigitalPoint is making a fool out of me.
    Why is it that you are the only one condemning me of "scamming".
    Check out my recent transaction, and notice what the 100+ iTrade rated members are saying.

    u liar y u r not replying me then? . If u r true then y u r having my sites ? every one here knows that my noip.in was my proxy site and it was listed for sale by me few days back. u scammed me. I had already shown screen shots of paypal. Now there is written that payments are reversed . status is also reversed. If u r not wrong then what F--ks u to reply me.

    You haven't stated your case clearly. You can't just go around screaming 'scammer'.
    Lay out clearly what exactly happened and then maybe people will listen. Until then, quit with the big letters and screaming. No-one is going to listen until all the details of the transaction are laid out by you.

    He came on here (look at the post from him above) and said he didn't scam anyone -

    So why were the funds reversed?

    Funds were reversed because he didn't claimed. he said they are made without his consent. I had not paid me yet. and he is not replying me . Because he was fraud. but i had looked down y domains and gonna get them from that guy. very soon.

    I feel for you man... I used to be a Avid Hacker which, at times like this, comes in very handy... I would blow his hardrive if he did this to me.. and I would trace every movement and make his life hell :>) I hate scammers but they do exist.. I will def avoid Frankcadillac -- not worth the risk... just remember though guys, he could come bk using a different name... so beware... Anyway, I hope you get ya money bk soon...

    I dont understand if he didn't scam you why did he do a chargeback via Paypal and they keep your sites? Why won't he repute that here?

    Seems all a little fishy to me. I know I would never deal with him. Good thing you opened this thread to warn other members.

    Contact your domain hosting company where the sites were. Maybe they haven't been transferred yet. And then contact his hosting company. If necessary send a letter from a Lawyer stating your case. I'm in no doubt the hosting company will pull the sites rather than end up in court.

    Hope you get the sites back.

    Yepp I agree with FreelanceFirm... though I do absolutely feel your frustrations and stuff.... he scammed with you for sure... but it is not us who really conducted the business now... the best you can do is leave him a negative itrader, a neg reputation.... and carry a signature link saying that he is a scam... (I saw this sig stuff with another member, its really effective... but I honestly dont know if its allowed here... it should be though... freedom of expression).. best of luck and lesson learned... thanks for informing as well...
