I am not sure the best place to place this but want to warn members. I have made a few purchases from DP members and no problems. A few asked me to send to Paypal as a Personal - other transaction. This is so they would not pay the fee and I would. No problem until earlier this week. I purchase a URL from someone this way and he did not transfer it to me. He is also now banned and does not reply to email. I went to Paypal to dispute the transaction but I cannot as I had sent the money Personal - Other. So if you are asked to do this beware of the consequences.

He may be unbanned, but not actually updated his status yet?

But, what kind of message are you getting when you try to PM?

That's the catch.. It's very obvious. Don't do that again.
If you deal with the person often, you can consider doing that.
    personally, I would do that.

You made a conscious decision to do something that violated Paypal's rules. It's as much your fault as theirs.

In the future, do not start threads to accuse members of things. If you want to leave a negative review, do it in the deal thread you participated in or via iTrader.

Banned members cannot keep posting on the forum. I checked his stats, and his last post was before the ban was issued. The user's name has been removed from the above posts.
