Scam or not?

I been looking for opt-in mail publishers to advertise and i found http://www.webtraffic***marketing.com/main.htm this website, can anyone confirm if its a scam or not..

You know of any legit cheap email marketing websites then please? (legit)

 

You will find it hard to come by a true mailing blast company.

Whatever you do investigate the company fully before parting with any money.

 

If you google around, you maybe able to find something is free. I know I found somthing like that a while back.

 

Email marketing is dead - unless it is an established NL.

 

you'd be better off investing your time in something that doesn't have a big cloud over it.
