Scam or not? Websites with hundreds of visitors in first few months

Once you've become an expert in SEO and quality content writing, getting a hundred visitors a day would just be a piece of cake. You just have to be creative at how you'll do it. I know one who did just that with a fan page with Kristen Stewart before. One of the funny things he did really worked was to PM most of the fans who checked the site. It made them feel a connection that they checked the page often for updates and invited some other fans to it. It's crazy but the point is that he's been creative at it. I didn't believe it at first until I saw it myself.
