lol .. USD $ 19,554.00 is a large amount. You will have to bring this to the court before you can have it.

Yes I asked them for many times.
The first affiliate manager encouraged me to promote Jaman.com more and promised to pay at once, then he get fired by Jaman.
The second affiliate manager encouraged me to promote Jaman.com more and promised to pay later, then he get fired by Jaman.
The third affiliate manager answered me two emails and asked me to send him invoice, then no answers after April 1.
More than one month has passed, the customer service from Linkshare is helping me to communicate with Jaman.com, but Jaman hasn't replied my email and phone call directly any more.

Oct-2008: $75.00 paid on 2008/12/18
Nov-2008: $1,186.00 paid on 2009/1/2
Dec-2008: $1,001.00 unpaid
Jan-2009: $125.00 unpaid
Feb-2009: $1,613.00 unpaid
Mar-2009: $16,698.00 unpaid
Apr-2009: $117.00 unpaid

As an experienced PPC marketer, I will bid their trademark related keywords and bring visitors to this thread!

 

$6000 to promote them was really bid amount, and I think the affiliate where you joined will tell you what happen to jaman.com...today if you already know they were turn down, you can't do anything, absolutely no answering your question because the company has already disappear...

 

ohh great. no wonder they've had the guts to scam you. you should always search for better programs and not jump into it without the right info of those affiliate. try searching and read for the feedbacks about them.
majority of us here probably didn't know about that jaman.com if it werent because of what they did to you.

Jaman.com is a merchant in Linkshare, actually I believe Linkshare. I promote some small merchants while promoting the famous ones.

 

I'm really sorry about this mate $19K is a lot of money... You shouldn't give up though.. If it was me that lost that kind of money I would do everything to get it back.. I would e-mail them call them or even travel to where they live to sort it out...

It's your money after all not theirs.. These things really make me angry. You can't trust anyone these days :/

One more week has passed. no news from Scam Jaman.
Linkshare replied me
"I am trying to request for a contact information for Jaman from the Account Manager so you can directly contact them. I will update you once I get any feedback from them. "
I believe Jaman.com doesn't want to talk to me directly because they are just want to cheat me forever.

 

I suggest that you tell them that you will write very bad review on all major store reviews websites like:

Update:

After I posted my experiences on the forum and my blog, their affiliate manager contacted me on facebook, said he would help me to solve this problem, and asked me not to post any more. I agreed and hide the posts on my blog. But after a few days, he didn't reply my new emails. From June, no new emails get any replies, so now I will restart my fight with them and give comments on any review websites which have page about them.

 

I also got scammed two times from some affiliate programs. One program scammed me for $200 and the other for $360. I am also International, but didn't go to court because the process would cost me at least 10 times more and who knows what I would get.

Since you were scammed for an almost $20k, which is quite a lot of money, consider going to court.
