Scam in Ebay??

    Hi! Do you have story like me? Well, a guy sold me a new Droid 2 Global (box opened because of Verizon people), with the box and all of the stuff in it still in plastic, a snap on case, 16gb memory card and screen protectors for $299 plus $16.25 for shipping. It said next day shipping on it. I told him to message me when he shipped the item, and he hasn't messaged me back since yesterday. I bought the item two days ago. The item page looked legit. Sound like a scam? Please help... :(
