Hi, I hired a company called "Creative Systematrix" also known as "Creative Writers" to do an Adwords campaign and also a Solo Ad because a warrior "vidpes" private messaged me about them. For the Solo Ad, they said it was a 74k never-advertised-to before list. I asked them whether I could do a test buy, but they said they'd rather sell the full solo to preserve the quality. They told me they would deliver it at the start of the week for best results. During the first week, they missed the date and that was ok because I was still experimenting with my link tracking. During the second week, I waited but still nothing came through. My links were working. They even told me to wait 53 hours exact, and I did and still nothing at all. Finally the week is over. They did not respond anymore to my emails today. And then when I opened a dispute with PayPal, they responded so quickly. They even dared to say "The client is an idiot" in the dispute comments. At first when they asking for my money, they were so nice and kept making all kinds of promises and even used the word "promise" "Yes you would get a good volume and yes you would be getting amazing results, rest assured. Yes we will be maximizing your sales and you would see yourself the massive results. Yes we would be giving the ultimate results as promised since email 1." And they were all about "service". But now when held accountable for the non-delivery of results promised, they have showed their true colors. They even try to play for a fool by delaying and giving all kinds of reasons for not having delivered, and after claiming to have delivered, they keep telling to wait, and wait, and wait for more time. Unfortunately, the only information I have about the company is from PayPal: Business Name: Creative Systematix (The recipient of this payment is Non-US – Verified) I would like to warn everyone about this scam company!
That's the problem, they have no website. I was in conversation with another PPC management company who also did not have a website, and so I thought it was acceptable practice. From now onwards, I will not do business with any company that does not have some kind of verifiable online presence. Forum recommendation is not enough (which was how I go to know them btw) All I have is their email address for PayPal and communication. I would post it here if it is ok.
Thats so sad. I hate scammers, I've been there for a few times. By the way, did you get your money from paypal?
They talked like they know what they were doing. They even delivered a landing page for me. But unfortunately, when it comes to delivering the most important results, there was nothing at all. The dispute is still in progress.
