SC4M.COM strong web directoy for sale!

Hi, im fuser and im the owner of SC4M.COM ( www.sc4m.com ). It was a free directory that was converted into a paid directory a month ago. Feature links cost 3$ and regular links cost 1$.

Reasons for selling? I enjoy making sites for a hobbie, i enjoy more making them than promoting them and this is my older site. Im starting a new site so i want to sell this one as i cant manage many sites at the time.

How can you earn money with this site? First of all selling feature and regular links. Second, Adsense. Also, you can see sponsor links at the front page that also appear sitewide. Those are sites that i own and ive never tried to sell so you can sell them for money as the third option. Now, i thought of making SC4M.COM: The Blog. Where i would review paid sites.
