SBI Silver International Debit Card

    I have SBI Silver International Debit Card(Iam indian sbi customer). I have registered 3d secure pwd in SBI website. when i was trying to pay in verified by visa enabled merchant USA website, i got the error message "You card is not enrolled in verified by visa". How to pay in foreign websites?.

    Unfortunately, this card can't be used on ANY foreign website.

    As per their staff, it will work abroad only when swiped but not online. The Visa 3D secure works only on Indian websites. I know, talk about false advertising.

    Perhaps your card that issued from your country can not use only for USA merchant.
