    You need to have both issue date and expiry date on the debit card to link it...

    hey this infmn really helpful, I'm just about to open account in sbi and needed card for paypal. So sbi silver debit card really works. Is there any additional interest or other charges ? And what other debit card are available there. What I ask them clearly ? Please guide me bcoz sometimes govt. official working there doesn't know much.Thanks for your time

    I think you need to get your card "verified by Visa" (vbv ) first, before u try linking it to Paypal. A 3D secure service.
