Hey guys, I am an Indian living in Kolkata, India. I just applied for SBI Gold International Debit Card on 24th of November. Called the customer support, they said application hasnt reached, again called, they said in process, again called they said not reached. Branch told me it has sent it and showed me a feedback on thier computers showing the feedback they got frm main sbi office which shows that which applications have been recieved. Now, the bank told me to apply again. I did on 5th on january. From that day, frm 11th January, everyday i am calling thier customer suppoort but they are telling me its in process and it will take 7-10 days for this. i didnt try callling them in initial days bcuz i knew it takes 7 days minimum. well its 17 days & still i dont have the card. Can anyone tell me actually how much time does it actually take. And any suggestion, places i can complaint (I tried the voice recording Complaint redressal of SBI.
